ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
 • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
 • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may ask for:
 • Clear photos of the product
 • Your order number

After reviewing the case, we may offer:
 • A replacement, or
 • Store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping:
 • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
 • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if a return is approved.
 • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
 • Order cancellation after shipment
 • Incorrect address provided by the customer
 • Refused or unclaimed deliveries
 • Minor differences in color or design due to screen variations
